Pupil Premium Funding
The Government awards additional funding to schools to raise the attainment of disadvantaged, looked after or service family children. At St James, this money is spent in an number of ways including the provision of additional curriculum opportunities for disadvantaged children; financial support for school trips and extra-curricular activities as well as funding additional staff in school to provide targeted interventions and classroom support.
